Included AI use

Your account shares its included use across the website and mobile apps. Daily allowances reset at midnight UTC, and monthly allowances reset on the first day of each calendar month. These resets do not change your payment or renewal date. When an allowance is reached, the app shows the relevant reset in your local time.

Text and photo analysis

Basic includes 50 new requests per day and 1,000 per calendar month. Pro monthly and annual plans include 150 per day and 3,000 per calendar month. Coaching and other text or photo analysis tools share this allowance. The Basic trial includes 30 per day and 150 over the entire trial. Free weekly quests include up to 3 new requests per day and 12 per calendar month.

Cover images

Basic includes up to 2 new cover images per day and 30 per calendar month; Pro includes 4 per day and 90 per calendar month. The Basic trial includes 6 in total. A recipe or workout can still be provided without a new cover image.

Pro meditations

Pro includes up to 2 new audio meditations per day and 30 per calendar month. Both limits apply. The script included with an audio meditation does not use an extra text request. Once the audio allowance is used, a new written meditation uses one request from your shared text allowance. Saved meditations remain available to read or replay without another generation request.
