About the service
Everwell Compass is operated by Honeyground Inc. Digital Basic and Digital Pro provide personal wellness tools for adults. AI content is educational, may be inaccurate, and is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency care. Clinical services linked from the app are separate and are not included in a digital subscription.
Your account
Keep your sign-in details secure and provide accurate information. Only submit information and images you have permission to use. Do not use the service to harm others or attempt to access another person’s account.
Subscription price and renewal
The checkout or app store confirmation shows the plan, billing period, total price, and applicable taxes before purchase. Monthly subscriptions renew monthly; annual subscriptions renew annually unless renewal is canceled. App store prices and availability may vary by country. Eligible new members can start a seven-day Basic trial after confirming a subscription and payment method. It renews at the displayed price unless canceled. Canceling a web Basic trial ends trial access immediately. App store trial access follows the expiry shown by Apple or Google Play. Trials cannot be restarted after cancellation. Existing card-free trials keep their original end date and do not renew automatically.
Canceling a paid subscription
Canceling turns off the next automatic renewal. You keep access for the rest of the monthly or annual period you have already paid for, and access ends when that period expires. Cancellation does not automatically refund the payment or create a prorated credit. For example, canceling an annual subscription halfway through the year keeps access until its existing annual expiration date, with no charge for another year.
How to cancel and restore
Manage web subscriptions from the Subscription page using the billing portal. Manage Apple and Google Play subscriptions in the store account that made the purchase. You can restore app store purchases from the app’s Subscription screen while signed in to the Everwell account used for the purchase. Deleting the app or an Everwell account does not itself cancel a store subscription.
Refunds and billing exceptions
A refund request is separate from cancellation. Refunds required by applicable law or approved under the payment provider’s or app store’s rules remain available. Contact the billing provider shown on your receipt for a refund request; contact Everwell support for account or access help. An approved refund or revoked purchase can end access before the original expiration date.
Free trials
A free trial is not a paid monthly or annual term. Its eligibility and end date are shown in the app or checkout. Canceling a Stripe Basic free trial can end that trial immediately. The paid-period cancellation policy above applies to periods that have already been paid for.
