Privacy Policy
Last updated October 3, 2026. This policy explains how Everwell Compass, operated by Honeyground Inc., handles information for our wellness app and website.
Abuse Prevention
To protect accounts and prevent misuse or repeated free trials, we keep limited records of service usage and a protected identifier derived from your internet connection. Security counters do not contain your wellness questions or responses. To recover interrupted requests without creating duplicate results, we temporarily retain a protected copy of the generated result for up to 90 days; it is removed when your account is deleted. Saved wellness records remain subject to your normal record and account deletion choices. Connection-related records are removed within approximately 30 days, and detailed usage records are kept for up to 90 days. Connection-related trial protection records may remain for that period after account deletion. Account-linked detailed request records are removed with the account.
Information We Collect
We collect account details such as your name, email address, authentication details, preferences, and support messages. If you choose to use wellness features, you may also provide health-related information such as meals, ingredients, food or menu photos, dietary restrictions, allergies, chronic-condition context, movement goals, weight, sleep, mood, activity level, and optional profile details.
How We Use Information
We use your information to provide the app, personalize recipes, menu and meal analysis, workout plans, sleep insights, reminders, subscriptions, support, security, analytics, and product improvement. We do not sell your personal information.
AI Features
Our AI features use OpenAI. To generate a response, Everwell Compass sends your submitted text and images and relevant saved wellness context to OpenAI for processing. Depending on the feature, this can include food or menu photos, dietary needs, allergies, health conditions, goals, sleep and activity records, and coach messages. Avoid uploading information you do not want processed for that feature. AI outputs are educational wellness guidance, may be inaccurate, and do not replace advice from a healthcare professional.
Payments
Web checkout and billing use Stripe. Purchases with a United States billing address use direct Stripe payments; supported international purchases use Stripe Managed Payments. Purchases in the iOS and Android apps use Apple and Google Play, respectively. These providers process payment, billing, fraud-prevention, and tax information under their own terms and privacy policies. Everwell Compass stores subscription identifiers, purchase-verification records, plan and renewal status, and expiry dates to provide paid access. We do not store full card numbers.
Service Providers
We use trusted providers for hosting, database, authentication, analytics, error monitoring, AI processing, email or support workflows, and payments. These providers are permitted to process information only as needed to provide services to Everwell Compass.
Telehealth Links
Everwell Compass may link to Apricity Telehealth or other clinical-care services. Those services are separate from this wellness app and may have their own privacy practices, consent forms, and clinical documentation requirements.
Your Choices
You can update your profile, choose what wellness information to submit, withdraw future AI-sharing permission in the mobile app, and manage subscription renewal through the provider used for your purchase. Request account deletion from Profile or the account-deletion page. After identity verification, we delete the account and associated wellness data within 30 days and notify you of completion. Payment records that must be retained by law are kept separately with restricted access for the applicable legal period. Canceling renewal alone does not delete your data or issue an automatic refund; paid access continues until the current monthly or annual period ends.
Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so use a strong password and contact us if you suspect unauthorized account access.
Children
Everwell Compass is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. Do not use the service for a child without appropriate consent and legal authority.
