Delete your Everwell Compass account

Everwell Compass is operated by Honeyground Inc. This page lets you initiate a deletion request from any browser.

Before you request deletion

Cancel automatic renewal from the subscription management page or the Apple / Google Play account used for your purchase. Canceling a subscription alone does not delete your account or refund a payment: you can continue using the paid plan until the end of the current monthly or annual period. Account deletion permanently removes your account and wellness data, so account access ends when deletion is completed. App-store subscriptions must be canceled in the relevant store.

Processing time

After we verify that the request comes from the account owner, Honeyground will delete the account and associated wellness data within 30 days. We will notify you when deletion is complete. Contact support@honeyground.com if you cannot sign in to submit your request.

Retention exceptions

Payment records that must be retained by law are kept separately from the deleted wellness account, with access restricted to authorized billing and compliance personnel. They are retained only for the applicable legal period. Apple, Google Play, and Stripe also retain records under their own legal obligations and privacy policies.
